By using Mosaic you accept these terms. The service is provided by: Yunus Çağlıyan — an individual developer. Mosaic is built and published by one person, not a company.
Mosaic is an iOS app that edits a photograph of a room you upload, using an AI image model. You need to sign in with Apple or Google to use it.
The subscription is offered weekly, monthly and yearly. It renews automatically and is charged by Apple. Unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, it renews on its own and is charged at the moment of renewal.
Cancellation happens in the App Store, not in the app. There is no way for us to do it on your behalf: go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription — billing continues until you cancel it with Apple.
Because purchases are made through Apple, refunds are Apple's to give and follow Apple's process. We have no power to refund a payment; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
There is one exception: if the model fails on a generation, the credits it spent are refunded automatically.
The images you generate are yours. You are free to use them commercially; we claim no ownership over them.
The only thing we keep is the copy that makes up your history — stored so we can offer you the service, and deleted when you delete your account. See the Privacy Policy.
A generated image is a model's interpretation of your room. It is not an architectural plan and must not be relied on for measurements, materials, cost, or structural decisions. The service is provided "as is", with no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or harms others. Closing an account does not cancel your Apple subscription — you have to cancel that yourself.
To the extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
If we change these terms we will publish them on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are acting as a consumer, you keep the right to bring a dispute before the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
